Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting inquiries, placing orders, or using any services offered by Rosh Elevators Pvt Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Company Information

Rosh Elevators Pvt Ltd specializes in the design, manufacturing, supply, installation, modernization, maintenance, and servicing of elevators, lifts, and vertical mobility solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to site inspection, technical feasibility, transportation charges, taxes, statutory charges, and material availability.
• Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment along with confirmed Purchase Order.
• 45% payment before/against material dispatch.
• 5% balance payment before handing over the lift.

Accepted Payment Modes:

• Cheque
• RTGS
• NEFT
• Bank Transfer

Cash payments are strictly not accepted.

5. Order Confirmation

Orders shall be considered confirmed only after:

• Technical approval
• Receipt of advance payment
• Written confirmation from both parties

6. Delivery & Installation

• Material delivery will generally be completed within 60 days from confirmed order and advance payment.
• Installation and handing over are subject to site readiness, shaft completion, power availability, and customer-side preparatory work.

Customers are responsible for:

• Lift shaft readiness
• Proper electrical supply and earthing
• Civil works and waterproofing
• Permissions and approvals
• Safe working conditions at site

7. Warranty

Rosh Elevators Pvt Ltd provides warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion or supply, whichever is earlier.

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Voltage fluctuations
• Water leakage or seepage
• Natural calamities
• Normal wear and tear
• LED lights, glass parts, ARD batteries, alarm systems, fans, and electrical accessories

8. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

Maintenance services after the warranty period shall be governed under separate AMC/CMC agreements as mutually agreed between the company and the customer.

9. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of confirmed orders, cancellation charges may apply depending on the project stage, design approval, procurement status, and production process. Refer to the Agreement for detailed cancellation terms and conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, company logos, product images, designs, brochures, technical drawings, trademarks, and materials are the intellectual property of Rosh Elevators Pvt Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rosh Elevators Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, delayed, or consequential damages arising due to:

• Site delays
• Power issues
• Government approvals
• Transportation delays
• Natural disasters
• Labor issues
• Force majeure events

12. Safety & Compliance

Customers must ensure that elevators are operated only after obtaining necessary statutory approvals and must follow all safety instructions and operational guidelines provided by the company.

13. Force Majeure

The company shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, floods, fire, strikes, war, transportation issues, government restrictions, labor shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.

14. Changes to Terms

Rosh Elevators Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
